The Progress

Kin to the acclaimed State Bird Provisions, The Progress shares the same wall, perhaps the same ingredients, and the same husband wife chef-owners. Despite these similarities, the menu carries its own panache and delivers an incredible dining experience.  

The Progress have received a lot of hype, and after dining here, I can espouse that the food here really is that good. The eagerly attentive staff and conservative portion sizes make this more of a special occasion versus everyday dining experience. But when the moment strikes and you have a special friend (or group) to share the meal with, the Progress will deliver on its promise of creating an incredibly delectable dining experience.
